Camp Capacity & Session Dates

As always, we will do our best to accommodate as many campers as possible while still maintaining a quality camping experience and providing a healthy and safe environment for everyone.
  • Individual sessions for age 6-26 will be 7-nights, 8-days and will provide as many campers as possible with the opportunity to attend camp independently.
  • New! Voyager sessions have been extended to 6-night, 7-days and will welcome campers between 19-42 years of age.
  • New! Family Camp options now include a 4-night, 5-day session and 6-night, 7-day session.
  • New! Our final Family Camp of the season is a full-week celebration and for the first time, it’s open to campers up to age 42! This will be the longest and largest Family Camp Easter Seals Ontario has ever hosted. We welcome families of every size, structure, and background to join us as we wrap up the summer with connection, adventure, and fun for all.

*Campers, staff, volunteers, and personal care attendants are asked to remain onsite for the duration of the camp sessions.

Registration Process

Registration for summer camping sessions will open on January 21, 2026 at noon and take place on the CampBrain registration portal.

  • The CampBrain registration portal is best accessed on a laptop or desktop. It is still possible to access the portal and complete registration on a mobile phone or tablet, but ease of use may be impacted.
  • Upon registration, your application will be held for review and approval. The green REGISTERED button that appears after the application is submitted does not confirm that your camper has been approved. We understand this may cause confusion, but unfortunately, this is an unchangeable feature of the CampBrain platform. Once approved, your CampBrain profile will change from “Applicant” to “Registration Approved.”
  • If you have applied for more than one session, please be sure to indicate your order of preference.
  • We will approve all campers on a first-come-first-served basis for one session before approving attendance in subsequent sessions. This means that you may be approved for one session but remain on hold for additional sessions. We do this to ensure that as many campers as possible get to come to camp!
  • When all sessions are full, applications waiting for approval will be waitlisted and may be approved for additional sessions as spots become available.

Rates and Fees

Total individual camper fees are $2,500 per session, which includes a $200.00 application fee. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors, it is possible for Easter Seals Ontario to subsidize the cost of camp for campers aged 6-18 years old for one session per summer. This subsidized rate for 2026 is $425. Families who are financially able to contribute more to their camper fees are kindly asked to do so. This allows Easter Seals Ontario to send as many campers with physical disabilities to camp as possible.

In order to complete an application for any session, a $200 application fee will apply (per session). This amount goes towards the balance of any approved sessions. Once you have completed an application it will be reviewed by our team to be sure that the camper is a good fit for our program, this may take 6-8 weeks. Upon approval of an application, you will receive an approval package including an invoice for total fees. Fees are due in full May 1, 2026, or within 15 days of receiving an approval and invoice. If full fees are not paid by the deadline, we cannot guarantee that your spot will be held.

Camper approvals will be sent out by email during the end of March and beginning of April. The processing time of your application will be impacted by the date of your application and may be delayed if information is missing or we’re unable to reach you for follow-up questions.

Campers intending to apply for Passport or other third-party funding can request a full invoice to support their funding application.

Children and youth who are 18 years of age or younger as of July 1, 2026

Are eligible for subsidy from Easter Seals Ontario to cover a portion of camper fees for one session per summer. Subsequent sessions are billed at full fees.

  • The subsidized rate for an Individual Session is $425.
  • The subsidized rate for a 5-day Family Camp Session is $225 per person.
  • The subsidized rate for a 7-day Family Camp Session is $275 per person.

Applicants who are 19 years of age or older as of July 1, 2026

Are not eligible for subsidy and full camper fees apply to each session attended.

View the Camper Fee Chart 2025

Fees must be paid in full no later than May 1, 2026. Installment plans are available upon request. Balances on installment plans must be resolved no later than December 15, 2026.

Family Camp General Information

We recognize that family can mean a lot of things! For the purposes of Family Camp, family groups may include those in the household and close family relatives, such as parents, siblings, and grandparents. All adults should be familiar with providing the camper’s care. There must be an appropriate ratio of adults to children to ensure supervision, safety, and care provision. Families who regularly have in-home care support may bring a support worker as part of their family group.

COVID-19 Policies

Easter Seals Ontario prioritizes the health and safety of campers, staff, and volunteers above all else. Easter Seals Ontario has, and continues to, consult with professionals about best practices for summer camp safety as it relates to all communicable diseases. We will do everything in our power to ensure a safe, healthy, and fun summer for all.

Easter Seals Ontario follows the guidance of Public Health Ontario in implementing best practices and effective protocols for preventing the spread of illness. We will implement any and all communicable illness protocols required by Public Health at the time of our sessions. Please be aware that some or all of the following may be in place during camp:

  • Masking
  • Communicable Illness Testing
  • Physical distancing
  • Hand hygiene
  • Daily temperature checks
  • Contact tracing

Arrival/departure processes may look different for Summer 2026. One of our Camp Administrators will call registered camper families in advance of session dates with details about what to expect on arrival and departure days.

If a camper with an approved application has a medical emergency or symptoms of a communicable illness within 7 days of the start of their session, please advise us so we can:

  • Fees will be held, and the camper will be re-booked into a subsequent session
  • If no re-booking options are available, refund your fees

Easter Seals Ontario reserves the right to require all individuals accessing camp property (campers, guardians, PCAs, staff, volunteers, etc.) to be vaccinated prior to attending camp based on the guidelines stipulated by the Public Health authorities. If this policy is put in place, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

  • In the event of a cancellation of a camp session by Easter Seals Ontario, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method or we will work with you to reschedule into a subsequent session.
  • In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal of an application by an approved registrant for a non-medical reason after April 15, 2026, the $200 application fee will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the start of the approved session unless it is for a medical reason.
